Perinatal Bereavement Photography for Healthcare Professionals
This activity is designed to provide health professionals with basic tools to help bereaved families capture memories of their stillborn child. Services exist to provide families with professional photography and should be utilized. However, there are times when professional photography simply is not available and the health care team is the last resort for helping families to capture important memories. In addition, so many candid photographs can be obtained throughout the hospital stay when photographers or even other family members are not available.
